Refund Policy

If you have any problem with your order when you receive them, we at Zandapro will process this within 24-48 hours after your complaint has been made.

What you need to provide

A Photo/Video of the damage item. Please we this material to prove the damage.

If possible you can also provide us with the tracking number, for this will help us proceed with your refund faster.

How to ask for a Refund 

Just go to our Contact page and and proceed by providing us with the above listed required materials.

Once the refund has been approved, your money will be refunded to the original payment channel.

Cases where Zandapro will make a refund

Damaged Item: If the arrived product is damaged, Zandapro we offer a full refund.

Incorrect or missing item: If the item arrives and you have received the wrong item, wrong colour or the item has a missing component, Zandapro we offer a full refund.

When the item is out of stock: When a product is out of stock and you have an order, Zandapro will offer you full refund and we will notify you about it.

Missing Item: Zandapro will offer full refund if the item is. missing during delivery.

Other conditions: Zandapro offers a warranty for all products. The warranty period is 30 days from the day of receipt of the product. After 30 days, we don’t support refunds.

Cases where Zandapro will not offer a refund

Unclaimed packages: If a package is unclaimed within 48 hours, Zandapro will not offer a refund. 

Exceeds refund request date: If you do not request for refund within 10 days of receiving the item, any request for refund after those days will be denied. 

Conditions for requesting for refund 

The item must be in perfect condition, this is so it does not effect the secondary sale. and the item must be sent back to the refund address at state in the user menu.
